Old Glory Pies is a small, family-run pie truck based in Argyle, Texas. We only collect the information we need to bake your order, get it to you, and answer your questions. This page explains what that is and how we handle it.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, the items you ordered, your chosen truck stop or delivery day, and, for local delivery, your delivery address. If you create an account, we also store your login details and order history so you can reorder faster.
When you pay: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our website or our servers. We only see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the payment went through. Apple Pay and Google Pay work the same way. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
When you request a quote or book the truck: whatever you put in the form, typically your name, email, phone, organization, event date, headcount, and details about the event.
Automatically: like most websites, our server and security software record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site running and to block spam and attacks. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To bake and hand off your order, to text or email you about pickup and delivery windows, to answer quote and booking requests, to process refunds, to calculate sales tax, and to keep our site secure. If you ask to hear from us about new stops or seasonal pies, we will email you, and every message will have an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services it takes to run a small online bakery: Stripe (payments), WP Engine (website hosting), WooCommerce (our store software, including automated sales tax calculation), and the email provider that delivers your order confirmations. Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job. We will also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies to remember what is in your cart, keep you logged in if you have an account, and remember your stop or delivery choice while you check out. These are necessary for the store to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our Instagram feed is loaded from Instagram, which may set its own cookies when you view it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Quote and booking requests are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Account holders can view and update their details any time from the My Account page.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ogpies.com and we will take care of it, unless we are required to keep a record (for example, a completed order for tax purposes).
Kids
Our site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, let us know and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe, and we run security software that monitors for and blocks suspicious activity. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
