Time Off...

After weeks of non-stop baking (and running on equal parts butter, caffeine, and Christmas spirit), Michelle and I are taking a short post-holiday pit stop. We’ll be closed while we recharge the batteries, give the truck some much-needed maintenance love, and do a little organizing + deep cleaning so we can start 2026 fresh. And don’t worry—we won’t be completely away from the oven: we’ll be test-baking a lineup of brand-new specialty pie flavors that are coming your way in 2026.
