It was in this charming town, renowned for its apple pie heritage, that Dan's passion for pies was ignited.

Dan's introduction into the world of baking was under the guidance of master baker Liz Smothers. As a boy, he spent many hours in Liz's bakery, peeling apples and witnessing the secrets of creating the perfect pie crust. It was here, Dan developed a deep appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into making exceptional pies.

Upon meeting Michelle, the love of his life, Dan introduced her to Julian, igniting a connection through shared moments in the mountain town. As Dan revealed his first love, apple pie, to Michelle, he learned of her passion for baking which merged seamlessly with his love of eating. With Michelle's delicious pies capturing Dan's heart, the idea of turning their shared love into a business venture was simply a matter of time.

With a dessert food truck as their canvas, Dan and Michelle set out to create a menu that celebrates the rich flavors and heritage of American desserts. From classic apple and pecan pies to irresistible apple cider donuts, every treat is handcrafted with care using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. And to complement their delectable desserts, they offer specialty coffees brewed to perfection.
